Our Design Review team work with homeowners to process exterior home modification requests in a timely and streamlined manner. All requests are presented to the resident volunteer Design Review Committee, who do their utmost to preserve the aesthetically pleasing feel of Mountain’s Edge. If you have questions regarding your Design Review application or Rear Yard Audit notification please feel free to reach out for assistance.

The Community Standards team work diligently to educate homeowners of the Community Standards as well as the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) in order to keep the Mountain's Edge community looking beautiful and home values high. If you receive a letter from the Community Standards department please reach out so we can work together to resolve the matter.
