The Mountain's Edge Master Association is made up of over fifty unique neighborhoods, the majority of which are managed by secondary sub-association management teams. For the convenience of community residents and sub-association managers, we would like to provide some helpful information!
 

Your Neighborhood

The community of Mountain's Edge is made up of over 12,000 households, with a population that of a small town! We understand that the many entities that work in partnership to serve the community can be confusing, so for your convenience, we have created the Community Jurisdictional Guide to aid you in finding the entity you need regarding whatever your question or concern may be.

An additional Street Jurisdiction Guide is available, detailing street-by-street who the responsible parties are for maintenance, parking, construction, etc. 

While the Mountain's Edge Master Association works closely with sub-association managers, we are ultimately responsible for different aspects of the community, report to different Boards, and are employed by different companies. We have created a Sub-Association Contact List which we update as we are made aware of changes to support you in reaching your neighborhood sub-association team.

Please note: The Master Association cannot approve Design Review applications without an approval letter from your sub-association. Application fee payments can be submitted via check/money order within the Mountain's Edge office or online at hoabankservices.com.
